Group classes

I teach vinyasa, gentle flows, pregnancy, and mum and baby yoga. Scroll down to see where I'm teaching.​

In my vinyasa classes, I love encouraging students to find the balance of strength and ease ('sthira sukha') in asanas which might challenge them. I like to make my flows as dynamic as possible - working through strengthening, balancing, grounding, rejeuvenating and releasing postures in every sequence. 

​

My pregnancy classes focus on building strength and flexibility. There will always be a deep emphasis on connecting expectant mamas with their bodies, their babies and their intuition, and offering the time to slow down and find some very well deserved peace and tranquility in what can often feel like a busy time preparing for baby's arrival.

 

My mum and baby classes are all about re-building strength safely postpartum, while bonding with your new little love on the mat. These classes are relaxed and mamas are encouraged to do whatever they need throughout the class to make themselves and their babies happy and comfortable. These classes are also a lovely way to connect with other local mums.

Public classes and where to find me

I'm currently on maternity leave! I'm taking a short break from teaching and hope to see you all back on the mat in late Spring! In the meantime, you can absolutely still get in touch if you'd like to!
