Private sessions

Private sessions are highly personalised - tailored to you, your needs, preferences and goals, at a pace that works for you. Whether you're looking to understand the basics of practicing yoga asana, are an experienced yogi looking to build up to a particular posture, or are a small group who wants to have a bespoke session to suit your event, I can work with you as you need.

Best of all, sessions can take place in the comfort of your own home, outside, at a location of your choosing, or online - and at a date and time to suit you! Sessions can be 60, 75 or 90 minutes long and are priced based on session and package type.

1 to 1 or small group

One-to-one and small group yoga classes offer a tailored approach to learning and practicing yoga. Private sessions can lead to faster progress, improvements in alignment specifically for your body (or bodies) and a deeper understanding of the elements of the practice that interest you. Together, we can work on specific areas or goals so that you can feel the benefits of the practice more completely.

Private mum & baby group

Mum and baby classes offer a really personalised and relaxed way for you to return to movement safely postpartum, while connecting with your babies on the mat. Private sessions are great for mum and baby groups who'd love a regular yoga class in a place of their choosing, with their home comforts readily available and the chance to catch up before and after class.

Celebration sessions

Whether you're looking for a fun, upbeat class for a hen party, a specifically themed class for a special birthday, or a pregnancy-friendly restorative session for a baby shower, I can create a bespoke class for your group. We can work together to choose a theme and I'll put together a great playlist and sequence to make your event as special as can be.

Corporate

Having worked in the corporate industry for a decade before becoming a yoga teacher, I know the impact that desk-based roles and high pressure work can have on our minds, bodies and hearts. I can put together a class or package that offer your team breathwork and movement tools that can be used beyond the mat, helping to boost their physical and emotional wellbeing and reconnect with their sense of calm and happiness while at work.
